iPhone Mail Trash prefs problem

So I've been loving the iPhone 3G. But I noticed one very anoying thing. If like me, you like to keep mail in the trash forever so that you can search and of course "just in case", watch out. I sync'd the iPhone and it copied all my Mail accounts ...
